  • At the moment, the clinic is operating on every second Friday and all Sundays. As more appointments are booked, more days may become available during the week.

  • Most veterinary treatments provided should be covered by pet insurance. However, what is covered and what is not may vary from provider to provider. I am happy to write any statements to insurance companies to explain the treatments provided if further information is required.

  • Yes absolutely. The major variable would be how receptive the cat would be to rehabilitation exercises and manual therapies. In any case, pain medication can be administered in the same way it can be given to dogs. In fact, the month-long-acting injectable pain relief medication (solensia) is made specifically for cats.

  • If manual therapies and rehabilitation exercises are being done, a minimum of about 2.5mx2.5m is ideal. A non-slip surface like carpet or grass is recommended however mats can be laid down for more slippery surfaces like tiles if required.

If only an examination and pain medications are being given, a smaller space would suffice.
